Inside the icap Black Tie Gala: A Night of Celebration, Fundraising & Community Support
The icap Annual Black Tie Gala at the Kimpton Fitzroy London was a night of elegance, generosity and shared purpose. As guests were welcomed into the stunning Palm Court, there was a fantastic sense of community with a gathering of people united by a common goal. A community brought together to support mental health services for the Irish in the UK.
Every conversation, every donation, and every bid at the auction helped fund lifesaving therapy and counselling for those who need it most.
Irish Community Coming Together
icap was privileged to welcome some incredible supporters on the night, including Mrs. Deirdre Fraser, Orla Mc Breen, Deputy Head of Mission at the Irish Embassy, and London Rose of Tralee, Glenna Mannion. Their presence, along with the many businesses, organisations and guests in attendance, was a testament to the strength of the Irish community in the UK.
A special thank you to our icap Ambassadors; dedicated individuals who continuously advocate for mental health and raise awareness of icap’s vital work. Their commitment ensures that no one in our community has to face mental health struggles alone.

Why the icap Black Tie Gala Matters
The icap Black Tie Gala is one of the most important fundraising events of the year. With demand for mental health support growing, the funds raised ensure that icap can continue to provide 7,500+ hours of therapy each year. From one-to-one psychotherapy sessions to specialist trauma support, this funding means that Irish individuals and families can access counselling, regardless of financial barriers.
A Huge Thank You to Our Sponsors
This night would not have been possible without the generosity of our event sponsors, who continue to stand by icap’s mission. Your support directly funds life-changing mental health services and ensures that icap can continue making a difference in the lives of Irish people across the UK.
