Trauma: (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) can be caused by any unexpected shocking incident in a person's life e.g. car crash, personal attack etc.

Depression: present in many of our clients seeking help and resulting from any number of situations including loss, and past life events.

Abuse: can be physical, mental or sexual, suffered in childhood or in the more recent past.

Sexuality Issues: confusion or unhappiness around an individual's ability to feel at ease with themselves as a sexual being.

Bereavement/Loss: unhappiness or depression caused by loss of a loved one or change in circumstances.

Relationship Issues: difficulty in forming or maintaining intimate relationships.

Addictions: identifying causes and working towards control.

Eating Disorders: the relationship with food is fundamental to many people's happiness. It tells us much about our levels of anxiety and upset and problems presented to us range from overweight to anorexia, bulimia and bingeing.

Work Stress: one of the highest causes of absenteeism throughout the UK and suffered by most employees to some degree or other at some stage in their work career.

Anger/Aggression: many people are not even aware of the level of anger that they carry with them which can destroy their relationships both at work and at home.

Domestic Violence: impacts on adults and children. Fear, secrecy, a sense of loyalty, guilt and embarrassment can cause individuals to endure pain, emotional and physical scarring.

Unresolved Issues: whatever your difficulty, therapy is a safe place to explore.
