icap Annual Dinner 2011
Lord’s Cricket Ground
Friday 18th February 2011 at 7.00pm
We have the pleasure of inviting you to icap’s Annual Dinner, our main fundraising event of the year. Following the success of our
previous sporting themed dinners, this year we are going to Lord’s Cricket Ground on Friday 18th February 2011. It will be a black
tie event in the famous Long Room. The evening will include a tour of Lord’s, Drinks Reception, Live Music, Raffle and an Auction
with some fabulous prizes. The auctioneer will be ex-rugby international Chris Sheasby. The Irish Ambassador Mr Bobby McDonagh and his wife
Mrs McDonagh have been invited and we hope they will attend as they have done in previous years. It promises to be a great evening,
an opportunity not to be missed!
Despite the current economic climate we have managed to keep ticket prices the same as last year - £115. To purchase tickets or
reserve a table for 10, please contact Maria Carter on 020 7272 7906 or email maria@icap.org.uk.
Hope to see you on the night,
Sincerely Yours,
Colin McNicholas
Chairman of icap

Past Events
2010 Annual Fundraising Dinner
The 2010 icap Annual Fundraising Dinner took place on Friday
5th March 2010 at the iconic Wembley stadium. As well as a full tour
of the stadium, there was a three course meal, silent auction and raffle!
2009 Annual Fundraising Dinner
icap's 2009 Annual Fundraising Dinner was held on the 18th
February 2009 at the impressive Emirates Stadium,
home of Arsenal Football Club. Around 90 people enjoyed dinner with a
fantastic pitch-side view in the Director's Box,
and many took a tour which involved going behind-the-scenes, onto the
pitch and into the dressing rooms.
Guests included Gerry Kelly from the Irish Embassy and his wife Melissa,
Terry McEneaney from the London Irish Centre and
icap Honorary President and Founder, Teresa Gallagher.
A fast-paced auction by Chris Sheasby proved to be great after-dinner
entertainment! Among the auction prizes won
on the evening was a pair of tickets to an Arsenal home game at The
Emirates, which were presented by Charlie George
(an Arsenal star during the 1970s). Raffle prizes included a signed Roy
Keane Ireland football shirt, a
handbag from Irish designer Orla Kiely, and a luxury hamper of products
donated by L'Oreal.
