Governance

icap is governed by a Board of Trustees, currently consisting of six members:

The trustees of icap are charged with ensuring that icap complies with its governing document, organisation law and other relevant legislation or regulations, and ensure that icap applies its resources effectively in pursuit of its charitable objectives. They provide strategic direction to icap, setting overall policy and goals.
