Welcome

Welcome to icap's official website. If you have "chanced" upon this page during an internet search for information on psychotherapy, or if you have heard about us and want to find out more, we will endeavor to answer your questions. If your question or query is not addressed here, please feel free to contact icap directly.

icap recognises that most people at some point in life may benefit from professional help. Yet many people do not access the necessary psychotherapy they require for a variety of reasons such as financial, social stigma, fear of meeting with cultural ignorance, racism or insensitivity.

icap offers approximately 326 people psychotherapy on a weekly basis. The issues explored in therapy are as complex as the individual. icap's therapists are highly qualified, accredited, avail of weekly supervision and ongoing training. Many of the clinicians specialise in trauma and abuse, whether it is physical sexual or emotional, or all three. Clients take as long as is necessary to process the painful issues that have often crippled their lives.
